Lisa Dergan Video Review

Today I will review two different DVDs that have recently been released featuring Playboy Playmate Lisa Dergan. The first to be reviewed is her Playmate Calendar. This is Playboy's yearly release of a calendar style video that has vignettes where the girls prance about nude in various outfits, stripping and teasing while some music plays and they narrate some generic comments. Nothing special, to be sure, but I must say that Lisa is looking very fine indeed in her segment.

The second video I've reviewed is Lisa's very first real movie entitled "Lisa Dergan: Supermodel". An ambitious romp into the nide modeling world by this super hot Playmate.

REVIEW: "Playboy 2006 Playmate Calendar: Lisa Dergan"

The best scene in the video has Lisa explaining how she got involved with Playboy as she poses in front of a large house wearing a white and brown dress. She pulls up the dress to show us her butt. She continues to pose in the dress for a few seconds then holds the dress up for a good long time allowing the camera to go in for a close-up and then pan up to her face. Next Miss Dergan walks topless though a garden wearing blue jeans. Back to the front of the house she is now completely nude. Her friend, Hope Dworaczyk is watching her while playing with herself. It would have been nice if the two got it on, but it didn't happen. There are, however, a number of great shots of a nude Lisa Dergan in her birthday suit, including one of her walking towards the camera.

Now she is back out in the garden wearing a blue skirt and brown sweater. She twirls around while fully clothed then smiles at the camera as we go in for a close-up on her face. Next she poses between a gate in a white slip while fellow Playboy Playmate Monica Leigh watches and plays with herself. Quickly the slip disappears and there are a couple of great shots of her buns. More nice, full-frontal nudity shots follow as Tamara gets the full-frontal treatment while lying on her side with her legs parted. There is a great shot of her twat as the camera pans up, over her breasts, and to her face. The segment ends with Miss Dergan in the same white and brown dress she started in posing in front of the house.

The final scene is probably the best as we get Playmates Lisa Dergan and Kelley Thompson in the same bed together. Lisa is looking amazing as she does a slow, sexy striptease. The chemistry between the two girls is great as they really seem to want to be enjoying themselves. The only problem that I had with this scene was that fact that all the girls except Kelley had fake tits.

The format of the vignettes is the same as all of the Playboy Playmates DVDs I've had the opportunity to watch. Filmed in various locations and settings designed to enhance the look of the ladies, they employ a light rock & roll soundtrack as Miss Dergan and friends prance about nude in slow motion with wind machines in the background and an effort at lighting them to look their best. The benefit of the vignettes is that if Lisa doesn't work for you, then you can skip her and move onto another Playmate like, say, Janine Habeck. Keep in mind though that none of these women were marginal in terms of looks or sex appeal. Every one, especially Lisa, are super fine foxes. The diversity of selection was solid too although the emphasis was, like the magazine, heavily weighted on busty white women.

So, what should I rate the DVD? Well, I'm used to Playboy videos so as a general rule, something like this isn't going to trip my trigger enough to rate it very high but the women, especially Lisa Dergan, were very attractive and the replay value this time was better than most other Playboy videos. Further, while I would've liked better extras and a more lesbian action between Lisa and Jordan Monroe, the cost was pretty low and the technical values solid. I'm going to be generous and rate it as recommended for those Lisa Dergan fans among you wanting something more erotic than graphic but even the magazine's pictorials have more flesh offered up so know what to expect and you'll be happier with it.

Playboy: Playmate Video Calendar Lisa Dergan was presented in the same 1.33:1 ratio full frame color presentation as all other Playboy products. In general, it looked as expected with a lot of visual effects used to enhance the features of Miss Dergan and most of the rest of 2006's Playmates. The fleshtones were accurate, the grain apparently added into some scenes for effect, and the lighting on par with most nude Playboy productions. There were no compression artifacts or video noise to mar the viewing experience either.

Sound:
The audio was presented in a 2.0 Dolby Digital English. The vocals were narrated and the music varied from light rock & roll to rockabilly to something similar to Lisa Dergan (there were no music credits or I'd let you know about them). There wasn't a lot of separation between the channels and the dynamic range won't test your high end home theatre set ups but it was decently handled. But that's okay, because the scene with Stephanie Larimore was perfect sound wise, and that was the only scene worth a damn in the whole video.

Extras:
The extras were limited to some Playmate videographies (strictly Playboy titles though it included them for far more than the gals in the scenes; going back years in fact); a photogallery, and a set of Playmate Data Sheets as originally presented in their centerfold spreads. A pleasant surprise came at the very end when they slipped in a very quick scene of a nude Lisa working herself over with a chrome dildo. This was the only good scene and frankly saved this video from being a total dud.

Overall, a decent DVD for a Playboy video. I wish the scene with Amanda Paige would have been longer, but what can you do? If You're a Tamara Witmer fan, then you'll probably love it. If you're more into the other girls, then you'll probably be disapointed.

REVIEW: "Lisa Dergan: Nude Supermodel"

This video is great except for the fact that it hardly features Tamara Witmer at all. There are plenty of other hot young model chicks, but Miss Dergan is in only three out of the fourteen scenes! If that's the case, why is it called "Lisa Dergan: Superslut"? Why not "A Bunch of Slutty Girls Plus Tamara"? That would have been more fitting. Guess they are trying to cash in on the fact that Miss Dergan is a popular Playboy Playmate.

Suckers like me will think that the entire video is about her, when in fact, she is only a small part of it. Oh well, three nude scenes with Lisa Dergan is better than none, so I'll take what I can get. Because she isn't in the other scenes, I'm not going to write about them here. But trust me, they're all good. They all feature super hot little sluts sucking cocks to completion. None of them is as hot as our girl, but they're not Playboy Playmates, so we've got to cut them some slack. They give good head though, and that's what really counts.

The first scene is all about our favorite nude Playmate Tamara Witmer. We get a quick interview with her as we learn about her first time posing nude for the camera. Then Miss Dergan does a slow striptease for us. It's easy to see why Playboy chose her as a Playmate. Lisa's body is near perfect! After the strip down, Miss Dergan drops to the floor and waits for her closeup. This scene was good, but not great as Lisa was not featured enoung for my tastes.

Okay, Lisa Dergan isn't in the next scene at all, but I feel compelled to tell you about it because it was so good. This one features a fresh asian girl named Dasha Astafieva. She is a cute young girl who is just a few months past her eighteenth birthday. She's in the middle of a very hot story about her first modeling job, but we cut away to the photo shoot which is pretty hot, I must say. If Miss Dergan had been in it, it would have been the perfect scene.

The next scene (that Lisa is in, at least) features Jessica Burciaga. She is twenty-four, but looks like she may have just walked onto a college campus for the first time. The camera starts out by admiring her nice ass, but also spends a good deal of time checking out her perfect tits. This girl really looks beautiful as she awkwardly begins to pose for the camera. Candice is told that she must please Lisa before she can even get a chance to be an actual Playboy Playmate. Lisa commands her prtoge to remove her clothing and get totally nude, which she does eagerly. After about ten solid minutes of nudity, Lisa exclaims. "okay, missy. I think you've earned your bunny ears". Nice!

So overall, although there are only three nude Tamara Witmer scenes in this video, those three are smokin' hot and well worth the price of this video. If you're a big Lisa fan, then you need this DVD. Buy it now.
